Edgar Jimenez Lugo, age 14, was arrested in Mexico. He says he’s been a paid killer and torturer since he was 11. Sometimes if he couldn’t find the target, he’d just kill a passerby so he’d get paid. His teenaged sisters were also arrested. One was the girlfriend of a top cartel leader and a gang leader in her own right.
Experts say that cases like this, are signs of high concern in the Mexican society, showing a sign of decomposition affecting the very core of the Mexican structure by the brutal and increase violence that is prevailing the country as a whole.
