They say more investigation is needed for a final decision yet they know a crime has been committed.

    Pretty obvious to the common observer that they’re being pushed to re-open this. If you can’t shut them up with threats, sling mud. If the mud doesn’t stick, get the local government to try to make it stick.

    I’m betting this is totally fabricated, and after a long pursuit it will result in nothing.
