A parolee hellbent on killing San Francisco, or something, began a shootout with CHP officers Saturday night in Oakland that shut down I-580 through most of Sunday. The freeway was shut down in both directions near the Grand Avenue exit in Oakland just after midnight Saturday night
He’s an ex-con who couldn’t get a job (maybe he has a clearly apparent anger problem too?) and was apparently driving to SF to take it out on left wingers.
Instead, he’s in a hospital recovering from gunshot wounds from police.
Cops need to get a better aim
