Prosecutors ask if 8 banks duped rating agencies
This adds to existing criminal and civil probes into Goldman, JPMorgan, and Morgan Stanley.
The top execs at those firms need to go to prison after forfeiture of assets. Nothing less will do. Unless by chance you disagree and don’t think the lot of them of guilty of multiple felonies.
Since Obama has shown himself to be utterly in thrall to Wall Street, I still expect his version of the Saturday Night Massacre where those leading prosecutions are fired in a desperate to stop the damage. But it won’t work. People are too pissed for that and they are paying attention.
