How could I make this up?
It’s an attempt to slow climate change by making clouds reflect sun away from earth. The ships can suck up to ten tons of water per second and spew it 3,000 feet in the air.
Um. has anyone considered this might possibly lead to unexpected consequences? And isn’t sunlight hitting earth essentially a good thing?
