Von Brunn’s recent writings increasingly were a confused, incoherent mess. Couple that with a recent Social Security cut which left him near-destitute, and it’s clear he was becoming deranged. Sure, he was a neo-Nazi, white supremacist racist. He was also unstable and mentally ill.

Other countries don’t seem to have nearly as much violence as the US. Why is this? Because I’m far more interested in seeing how to stop the next demented gunman before he kills rather than playing the pointless Left-Right game of blaming each other.
