Brewery recycles waste methane into electricity

Rather than flare or release the methane gas created as a byproduct of brewing beer, a LaCrosse Wisconsin brewery will now be turning it into electricity, helping to power a local hospital.
And so, renewable and recycling energy comes to small towns in the Midwest. Why? Because it’s the right thing to do, but more importantly, because it makes economic sense to do so.
