Yeah it’s kind of scary that as we get into newer and unfamiliar territory in science we start to find more and more risks that we don’t know about. Hopeful these can be worked out before there introduced to the public.
Unfortunately both risk assessment and morality typically lag behind technology by a significant margin. Here’s a question in a similar but unrelated field: would a cloned human have rights? So far, no one knows.
