1GW solar plant planned

Not only will the proposed solar plant produce low-priced power, it will be on the scale of a large coal or nuclear plant. Wow.

Superdelegates breaking towards Obama

If Obama maintains his current 150 lead in pledged delegates through the end of the primary season, Clinton “would have to snag more than 70 percent of the remaining 334 or so superdelegates.”

But TPM wonders if Rev. Wright could be a death blow to Obama.

Diesel price soaring

Sue has a VW New Beetle diesel. She says the price of diesel has been been going up 5-10 cents a day for the past few days.

This impacts everyone, because much of what we buy and use is trucked in by diesel.
