But I was surprised when they referred to Democratic front runner JOHN KERRY. It was only then that I realized the article was written in February 2004! So that's, what, 4 years of time we have lost while the Bush regime sat on its hands? Nice work Dumbya. I would love to read the report, though. I am sure it is filled with scenarios of how the US military and corporate interests can take advantage of the devastation.
