That I can buy.  As to Christianity's supposed affinity to anarchism, I don't think I understand.

BTW, in coming weeks, on &lt;a href="http://asymptoticlife.com/" rel="nofollow"&gt;my own blog&lt;/a&gt;, I'll be reviewing "&lt;a href="http://www.amazon.com/Politics-Jesus-John-Howard-Yoder/dp/0802807348/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&#38;s=books&#38;qid=1197209752&#38;sr=8-1" rel="nofollow"&gt;The Politics of Jesus&lt;/a&gt;" by Mennonite theologian John Howard Yoder-- a book that changed my life ten years ago, which is now back in print.  Christianity has much to say about a world based on greed and power-- and Yoder's position would make many Leftists comfortable.</description>
