TV show taping proves man innocent of murder charge

He said he was watching a Dodgers game at Dodger Stadium and couldn’t have done the murder. His lawyers subpoenaed a tape made by an HBO show shooting there that day, and, bingo, there in the tape was the murder suspect sitting in the bleachers, just like he said he was.
The judge then ruled there was no evidence to try him and ordered him released.
