Transformer blew near where BlueHost, who hosts this site, is located. They moved everything into another building presumably on a different power line. While this is the second outage in a few days, they do everything they can to get back online fast.
I could move, but it’s not BlueHost, it’s the heat wave.
Here in the part of LA where we are, it’s been over 95 for a month solid, and usually over 100 – with no relief in sight. This is not perception, it’s been way hotter than normal, the hottest summer in decades.
