Ex-Iraq commander. Rumsfeld must go

This is remarkable. Top military who have recently retired say Rumsfeld is impossible to work under and should resign.
The retired commander of key forces in Iraq called yesterday for Donald Rumsfeld to step down, joining several other former top military commanders who have criticized harshly the secretary of defense’s authoritarian style for making the military’s job more difficult.
General Batiste’s comments resonate especially within the Army because it is widely known there that he was offered a promotion to three-star rank to return to Iraq and be the No.2American military officer there, but declined because he no longer wished to serve under Mr. Rumsfeld.
His comments follow similar recent high-profile attacks on Mr. Rumsfeld by three other retired flag officers, amid indications that many of their peers feel the same way.
As I’ve said for a while, not only are the neocons vicious and nasty, they are also incompetent.

Don’t worry, the occupation will come to an end quickly once Prince Harry gets sent to Iraq.
