I thought there was a Cuba blockade

The Department of Agriculture & Industries International Trade office led a delegation of Alabama businesses who participated in Expo Cuba in early November.

Alabama companies signed contracts for over $25 million in products to be exported to Cuba. The International Trade office works continuously to improve exports from Alabama around the globe.Ԛ  Last year, Alabama saw an economic impact from trade with Cuba of over 300 million dollars.

So why does the US persist in enforcing the idiotic blockade of trade to Cuba when they themselves violate it?

  1. “Filibuster” and “Cuba” have different meanings in the South, where folks still remember their ante-bellum meanings!
