The ringleader of Sydney’s notorious pack-rape gang screamed an obscenity at the judge after being sentenced yesterday to 55 years’ jail, with a non-parole period of 40 years – believed to be the longest non-murder sentence in NSW history.
Interesting that Australia was horrified at a 55 year sentence for gang rape while in California some unfortunates are doing life no parole for non-violent crimes.
